Online therapy sessions may be a helpful instrument to support mental health in vulnerable patients in a safe and confidential space. Within our person-centred approach, we may help you overcome difficulties or specific problems you’re dealing with, particularly in these difficult times.

During online therapy, you are in a relationship with a therapist with whom you can freely express yourself without being judged. This may help you deal with negative feelings and experiences that may have caused problems. A valid help also may come from breathing techniques and exercises to help relaxation and stress management.

The costs for online sessions are the same as for in-person therapy. You can pay by internet banking or PayPal.

The online sessions request a computer or a smartphone, with an internet connection.

We normally use Zoom or Skype. Other modalities/apps you may prefer can be discussed. Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or want to schedule an appointment.
